Uhm i was wondering how we can integrate a phone calling system into erp.
I am Busy with a incident report. So someone phones and a Incident(DOCTYPE) should be generated with automatic and manual data. The automatic data being start of call and end and the phone number calling. Manual data being whatever.
My question is how do you make a VOIP service like FreePBX notify in ERPNext of a incoming phone call and get data from that VOIP service
