ive uploaded a image for the item and its not appearing. I have one item that has an image but this one doesn’t. both item i used same method of adding an image
What is the method you used to add the item image?
Manually, you just have to click on the image box (where the cursor is currently and add the same). If you are uploading via data import, you have to add the image link for image field.
i update the image using the image box just like how you describe it
