I have site one Frappecloud and now I want to move with data into VPS, like Linode,
how I can upload backup without any data loss?
Can I upload backup from ERPnext 13 to ERPnext 14?
You can download backup files from site dashboard and scp or rsync it to your server.

Yes first you need to install v13 then restore the backup and test if everything is working fine.
Later you can upgrade it to v14 (if frappe team have upgrade script to do this))
