How to set a default salary slip that will be sent via email

I have a custom salary slip format that I would really want to be sent to employees via email upon submission instead of the standard one that’s the default in the system.

Can I have pointers and insights on how to go about this?

Follow the below steps:

  1. Create a Custom Print format for Salary Slip.
  2. Set it as default as shown below.

The email will send the salary slip as per the custom print format.
