We are using few items to be in subcontract warehouse how to maintain these while manufacturing.
I have these ware houses
- Raw Material
- Subcontract warehouse
- Finished goods

As per the workflow of subcontracted cycle, the raw-material items in the sub-contracted Warehouse is consumed when you create Purchase Receipt for the finished Item. For the complete flow of how sub-contracting is managed in ERPNext, please refer to the following help video.
