How to enable developer mode on site_config.json

hello,
we are using digital ocean server for hosting and i want to enable developer mode but no idea how to enable plz suggest me steps. my files are on digital ocean server how can i access my files

Hello @ami9559,

Use SSH to access the Digital Ocean Server.
Go to your frappe-bench which is usually at your home folder, and then go to sites/xxxx/site_config.json.
Append "developer_mode": 1

Let me know what you have done so far.

home folder means

your user folder. normally like this /home/ami or similar.

Try to use PuTTY for accessing through SSH using Windows as the OS.
