I installed bluetheme and bdtheme on my erpnext, and the css kind of collapse with the navigation bar. This is how it looked.

Found a solution.
in apps/bdtheme/bdtheme/public/css/custom.css add this line
.navbar-fixed-top, .navbar-fixed-bottom{position:relative}
