How To delete the Reserved QTY

Hi to everyone, I want to delete the Reserved QTY (9 and 1) ? How could I do that?

Every Item Warehouse wise Reserved Qty Stored in tabBin Table. You can check with it.

There could be Sales Order or a Work Order Or Purchase Order(Subcontracting) pending, close that.
