I want to assign a component in salary structure that should be included in the last month of payroll period as annual bonus for all the employees.How to do it.
You can do this via Additional Salary. Create an additional salary for the last month of the payroll period. You will also have to specify the salary component against which the bonus will be added. For this, you can create a separate salary component called Bonus or use any of the previously created component. While running the payroll entry for that month, the additional salary will be automatically fetched.
