How to allow user to select Multiple values in Select?

Hello,

I have added a field called user_incharge in Workstation. This field will be Linked to User.

Here I want to allow a user to be able to select multiple Users as there will be 3 in-charge persons for every Workstation as there are 3 shifts.

How to allow user to select Multiple values in Select?

The process is a bit length but nevertheless it is doable!
