If yes then please guide me how to add scholarships in student fees thank you.

The Fees system isn’t the most flexible, and for a variety of reasons it probably should be rebuilt to use the normal invoicing flow.
In the meantime, we represent scholarships as just a normal fee component (albeit a negative one). Works fine.
