How to add attachment in Work Flow actions?

Hi
In Sales Order Workflow → While sending the approval I need to attach more documents.
I have created custom attachment fields in Sales Order.
I need to send those documents while sending the approval .

Please help.

Hello, I am also facing an issue with custom workflow with a attachment in it, the attachment is becoming inaccesible (unclickable readonly text box) to many users. Even full permissions available to that DocType.
