How Redeem Loyalty Points in ERPNext Point of Sales?

Hi All ,

Pls, help and guide me for below queries.

  1. My customer earned 30 points by purchasing.
  2. now he wants to redeem it in another invoice.

but in ERPNext Point of Sales not showing redeemtion option.
Am I missing something pls guide?

Hi @netmanthan

Create a loyalty program for the customer.
Then it will show the checkbox to redeem loyalty points
