You can delete all your transaction from Company please check the following https://erpnext.org/docs/user/manual/en/setting-up/articles/delete-a-company-and-all-related-transactions?

I cleared the transactions but found that the Total monlthy Sales still have value. How to clear the value?

In which form/report? Can you please share a screenshot?

On Account - Company
I clicked on delete Company transaction

But the total Monthly Sales still have the amount.

Thanks for the screenshot, I will push a fix. For now, you can continue, the amount will be reset on submission of next Sales Invoice.

Sent a PR ([fix] Update monthly sales value on Company by nabinhait · Pull Request #10417 · frappe/erpnext · GitHub), should be merged and released within 2/3 days.
