I am trying to make a tool for entering sales call for our sales people and in process I was going through the doctype of communication and found out that there is no field to link the communication with the Master and this thing perplexed me since the communications are shown in the Customer master HTML.
Is it linking only on the basis of the email id. How does the system handle multiple email ids if former is the case?
Can I add the link to doctype and document name just like in TODO doctype or the same is kind of included in v5 which is I guess long time away.
