I have a created a user and has roles [supplier, stock manager] and has modules allowed [Desk, Stock].But on login i am still able to see Getting Started, Settings and Administration(User, Customisation).How do i hide the mentioned modules??

you can disable access to modules via
Users and Permissions > User > (Select User) > Allow Modules Tab
