I want to Hide this Raw.

You should use customize form and not Edit Doctype.

Also, do you wish to hide it from every user ?

Click Down arrow and tick hide. This will hide it from the DocType for everyone irrespective of user rights.

Standard doctypes can only be customized should not be edited directly.
