HI... How can i add new fields "EMPLOYEE" on sale invoice?

i want to add new field(EMPLOYEE) under Customer.
plz show me.

You can Add custom field of the type Link and in the Options column enter the Employee Doctype name.

so, can you be a little more specific with the steps required?

especially how (I assume in the Options field of the Customize Form form) exactly to make the system grab the employee (or system user to be more precise) who has created the invoice would be extremely helpful
