1- How you describe the workflow in ERPNext? what attributes does it give to the business process?

2- If you write a questionnaire about workflow,or workflow engine what question you consider that really measure the ERPNext workflow? please write them down.

I don’t know about anyone else, but Question 2 makes no sense to me. Could you try rewording it?

as a developer what do you expect from ERPNext workflow to provide you with? to what extent you can customize your business case ? what make workflow unique? what you think it should consider ? when you can say this is the best workflow engine ? what make it as a perfect tool ? … and so on. only I need to know what ERPNext workflow have to consider it to the best choice.

Well, I’m currently using the workflow combined with the open customization ability to create an entire Engineering Change Notice workflow, with multi-level approval and links to various other documents. I can’t see me being able to do this with any of the other ERP systems that I was evaluating. And while there is no such thing as a perfect tool, The workflow customization options in ERPnext are invaluable to me.

As far as the stock workflow for things like sales orders, manufacture orders, etc. I think it’s a very simple and intuitive system.
