Help, I have an online hosting and ERPnext soure code, I downloaded it on github, instructed me to upload the host for online use. please !

this information is insufficient if you will need help from this forum. Maybe you should start by telling us what you want to achieve? From my understanding of your question, is it correct that you wanna host ERPnext in a hosting account ?

ERPNext is a Frappé application. Bench is the recommended tool to install and deploy Frappé apps, like ERPNext. Please read and follow either manual or easy install from bench repository.

more information about the server specification? Do you have shell access?

@Ron_Mochita you need a virtual machine to install ERPNext, shared space does not work.
