Getting error while creating user - KeyError: 'lms'

At the time of user creation, I am getting this error message: KeyError: ‘lms’
I am using ERPNext 13.24

LMS or school app is not installed, earlier it was there but then we removed it.

Couple of times I have executed bench migrate , bench restart and bench update
Can anyone help me for this?

If I open LMS Setting then also same error came.
