How to make the selection of item by entering barcode in item fild of sales invoice?

U should use the barcodefield…works perfect…

@becht_robert yes, but it will be more flexible to entry from item field.

you can also do it that way, go to customize form, select item as doctype and in the search field you add the field you want to search in this case item_name,barcode you can add multiplefields there also custom fields works just saparate each field by (,) except the last one.
