Frappeclient auth fails from one domain to other

I am working with integration in ERP using frappeclient from my PHP app on one server and ERPnext on other dedicated server only serving erpnext. When i trying to connect via pi its give error message connection refused.

I am accessing erpnext through JS call successfully but unable to access using frappeclient. Please guide if some can guide.
