Monthly Depreciation is not correct
for 1 year, monthly
for 2 year, monthly
there was extra one month
yearly is correct

Thanks for reporting this - so the extra month in the 1- and 2-year monthly case suggests an off by one bug - a forum search may confirm that is the case.

The schedule lists the last month twice, that seems to be the error.

@santhida This is not an error, you have to uncheck Allow monthly depreciation and add the Total number of depreciations and frequency as mentioned in the screenshot:
