Failed patch v12_0/update_bom_in_so_mr.py

I tried to upgrade from v12 to v13, the upgrade got stuck on v12_0/ update_bom_in_so_mr.py
for over 12 Hours, no changes.

Executing erpnext.patches.v12_0.update_bom_in_so_mr

The db contains 10K+ sales Order and millions of Sales Order Item
