Error while making Leave Application

Hi !
I’m trying to create a leave application through this :

Human Resource → Leave Application → Make a New Leave Application .

But It’s showing the error that “Application period cannot be outside leave allocation period” . I have attached the screen shot.

Please tell me what am I doing wrong here ?

There is no leave allocated for the period. It usually appears when the employee has 0 leave for the chosen leave.

You can set number of allowed days for certain leave type by navigating to:
→ Human Resources
—> Leave Allocation
Leave allocation is per person, leave type and period.
