Error item not saving and some errore is there

Can you please provide console details, Considering your screenshot it looks like you are missing mandatory fields.

As I see there is no error showing in attached screenshot. Can you fill it properly and try to save it again then check if there is anything appears in console OR any error message pops up ?

nothing in console

this is a new item but no Save label showing?
there are no visible save button.
