that does not seem to be the culprit here?

It seems one of ingen’s tables is missing _user_tags field, the question is to identify which one to be able to reload it?

Yes ill fix the patch to see if _user_tags exist. @ingen Could you remove the last line in patches.txt which has the name setup_tags, so that your migration runs without running the tags patch.
