In this case, you can create the Fee Schedule every three months (or fee for each student every three months) . You just have to create the fee category accordingly.
@ManasSolanki I created a Category but its not show three month fee for one student and one more thing i also show discount there because each student have different fees discount and parents want to know how much discount authority give them so how to show it on receipt there is no option to show discount .

You can create a fee category named “Quarterly Tuition Fee” and “Discount” and can create student category as per the discount was given. Please refer to the below given screenshot for more.
