I want a questionnaire to ask the client or the customer before implementing the ERP for him.
Is there any template for this ?
If you know any please recommend something.

As an aside - ERP5 uses a formal questionnaire as their frontend tool to directly map a client’s ‘business entities and processes’ to structure and configure their implementation
