ERPNext 4.0 Document always exists

Just installed ERPNext from Master, runs OK based on the description here:

https://github.com/frappe/frappe-bench/blob/master/Readme.md

But every document I trying to create raises a message like: "Sales Invoice "New Sales Invoice 1" already exists"

Can anybody help.

I checked with nearly all document types we get always "Document New .... already exists"
