ERP for tailor shop - custom fields for measurement readings

I need to take down measurements of the clients when they come to me. Is it possible to add custom fields to invoices  quotations and then note down those readings. I would also like to email those quotes / invoices and as well print them.

Can someone guide me through.

You can add custom fields to any form from Setup -> Custom Field. To print those fields, keep unchecked "Print Hide" option while creating custom fields.
