Email Communications doesn't send

I setup the email account and i enabled the outgoinging option, my problem isnt when sending the email from the code using “frappe.sendmail” function but the problem when i send email from the desk in the lead partition or any part who has a communication from email

in other hand who execute cmd:frappe.core.doctype.communication.email.make
It doesnt sent, and also i dont know how can i debug this problem.

Your background workers are probably not working. See bench doctor

I found my problem, it was at scheduler.lock file, the owner of the file is root, i changed the main folder /home/frappe from root to frappe user.
