Our helpline team has different groups of people based on seniority, and neely recruited team members enter comments in Issue doctype after following up the issues with customers. But once they are reviewed by senior team members the comments need to be updated, but the edit permissions as I see it is for the ones who has created the commemt, and administrator as exception. How can we solve the issue of review team member editing the comment ?
I noticed there is a github issue closed three years back. Wnated to check the latest functionality status and how do we handle such situations
