We use a lot of calling to many customers. All calling is done from mobile phones. we wish to do the logging of the call as well as prompt the salesman to feed in the interaction notes. This is done beautifully in PIPEDRIVE
I think this has a great application for all using a CRM. now the salesman has to concentrate on scheduling the calls and JUST CALLING! If possible, there can also be a workflow to automatically upload the call recording! Ths is great to review later,.
