In many reports we can filter documents by its status like draft,submitted but can’t filter the documents which are closed , even if we select submitted , report shows closed documents also.
Mention specific document. Because on many forms there is no status - Closed.
Transaction forms have only document status - Draft, Submitted, Cancelled.
It is necessary mainly for Purchase Orders , Sales Order , Production Orders where after partial execution of document need to close it , to further transactions with its reference. ( We can not amend these as there are many entries exits )
