Please check the below screenshot regarding Purchase receipt and related GL Entry.
Purchase receipt amount is 15 but when the related gl entry created its showing 18.
Could you tell me how its possible. in my system i have so many transactions like this which i notice now only.

Does it have any additional charges like shipping/ taxes added to it ?

No not at all… just a normal purchase but gl shows smthng else
Please check if you have added Valuation Rate to the Item
The buying price is 2.9 and selling price is 4… still not matching with GL. And we didn’t add the price manually to these items… its taken automatically by system.
Could any one help how to correct such errors as i have so many transactions where the purchase receipt and purchase invoices transactions doesn’t match with GL
