Customize Form asking for Refresh again and again

Friends, I am getting a sudden behavior that Customize Form not being updated and asking again and again that form has been modified after you open it. I refresh again and again but every time, I get the message back. Please point out what may be wrong.

Please Please Help, I tried to change branch develop and 13 beta latest version, And issue is with the doc type of custom app Any pointer will help!
