Hi,
My “All Customer Group” (default root) can’t have blank parent group. If I empty the field and save, the field is filled with other groups name, even if that group is not Is Group.
So it creates circular.
Both also can’t be deleted as they have leaf node.
Does anyone have the same issue?
I tried replicating this, however, the “All Customer Group” is a root node and cannot be edited. Could you please let us know the steps you followed to achieve this?
After completing setup wizard, I used the ERPNext for some times. Never opened the Customer Group again.
But few days ago I opened the Customer Group and see this anomaly.
So I didn’t do anything, it just happened (well… this means I don’t know what happened).
On my system it also said root node so can’t be edited.
