Customer Group Discount

Hello,

Is there a way to apply a discount to a group of items for a particular customer group? I see that you can do this on a per-customer basis, but I don't immediately see a way to do it on a per group basis.

For example, we have a number of vendors which receive 10% off items in the "Accessories" group. All the vendors belong to one customer group. So I'd like to give a 10% discount on the "Accessories" group to the "Vendor" group.

In the meantime, I suppose I can always just set up a "Vendor" price list and manually subtract 10% from each applicable item.

Thanks,

James

Hello James,

Customer Group Wise discount is not available for now. You will have to define Item Group Wise discount in each customer master.

You can fasten data entry of discount detail in the customer master by no. of ways.
  1. Use Copy feature (in the File) to copy details of existing Customer into new Customer form.

  2. Import Item Group Wise discount for Customers via Data Import Tool.

Check following link for help on how to import data in the child tables of forms.
