Custom Report - page freezing

Hello I have builded a custom report but when I try to load it the page is frozen.ANy ideea?

In the report, can you please check how many records are set to be loaded by default? Perhaps it is 500, hence taking time?

Also, check if it’s an issue related to your local connectivity, is hosted on remote server.

Should not be more than 3 records.
Is Hosted, Digitalocean.
