Custom field not showing in form

Hi
custom field is not showing in any form
i created a custom field “Delivery Date” in Purchase Order form>> Data type>> Date
this is not showing up in the form

i tried different forms and none of it are displaying custom fields
the custom fields are available in custom print format but not displayed in print preview

Hi,
Seems to be working fine in the test account. Can you please try reloading the instance.
Which version you are on ?

Thanks for the tip ArundathiS
did a cache clear and its working
custom field is showing in form

but
custom script with custom field is still not showing up
have used this script in stock entry
cur_frm.add_fetch(“supplier”,“tax_id”,“tax_id”);
its not showing up in the form
have created a custom field tax_id in stock entry form >> data type>>data

the issue is solved
the tax id is showing up on new entries
Admin can close this
