Best to add new custom fields on Sales Order…
and create custom print format to print Sales Order Review Sheet.

You can make fields allowed on submit, so user can update allow on submit fields after submitting Sales Order.
You can also add this custom field on Delivery Note.

for customizing form please see this link

Thanks @kolate_sambhaji and @rmehta for the reply. I have created a new doctype for CRM with couple of fields. Now the problem is that I don’t see it in the CRM module. Any ideas what can I do to make it appear/available in CRM module. Thanks again.
