So we're starting to get messages via the Contact Us page, and they pop up under Selling Leads.  But majority of them are really after-sales type questions (my product X from you needs servicing, how do I have it fixed?).  Is it possible to convert these into a support ticket? We don't yet use the Support module but I'm eager to so we can replace our other ticketing system.

Currently its not possible. Please post this on Github as suggestion.

For now, you can leave a note for existing customer on in Contact Us page, requesting to email their queries on ex...@union.com. And you can configure Incoming Email setting to ensure email received on ex...@union.com are converted into Support Ticket.

Anand is working on the portal project at the moment, so please keep sending your suggestions. We will try and implement this too - if the user selects "Support", it should go to support, else "Lead"

Let us know if you need any help in styling etc.

Thanks for the suggestion and I look forward to the inclusion of these features into the webshop. Think it's a fantastic feature.  In the meantime, I felt that having a separate footnote for existing customers to contact us through a separate email was clumsy.  So in the meantime -- until the ERPnext contact form is more versatile with directing messages -- I've replaced the special contact page with a regular page + foxyform

Now that I look through the Lead features -- it actually seems robust enough to act as a support ticketing system as well...probably more robust than the current Support module
