Contact not created from Lead

After my recent upgrade from v13 to v14, upon creation of a new lead, a contact is not created for that lead. Its not a duplicate issue. I don’t get any error. Its just that, lead is successfully created but when I check Contacts List, no new contact is seen.

Where can I check any log/error ?

Can any one help with this issue ?

frappe 14.15.0

Is Auto Creation of Contact enabled in your crm setting ?
