Ones you allow chat on website settings, the chat widget /popup is not appearing ones someone gets on your website.
I am using erp next version 12.1.18.
Anyone else who has seen this issue?
PS: I have enabled the the chat, assigned welcome message, attached users who will manage the chats together with the time when chats should be active.
