Cannot Send Email As Employee

Can anyone help me with this error. If I login as employee and carry out a transaction, I get this error when I try to send email:

I gave employee full admin rights and yet this error persists. Only default administrator does not have this error. What can I do to correct this?

The error is a ‘554’ error.

This could be anything from an incorrect SPF record to your domain being blacklisted.

I would suggest you speak to your mail administrator to provide further details on this error, as the error might be more specific in the mail error logs.

Also see that your logs say

“…SendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied…”

Perhaps this will help diagnose the reason for the error.

This only happens when I log in as employee. Employee has full system manager rights. When I log in as administrator, mails are sent without these errors.
