Can anybody share latest documentation on tax configuration

The taxes not appearing in puchase order. Can any body help to guide me to get correct configuration ? Please share latest video link if any. I am using frappe cloud

Thanks for sending the link. I understood that my problem was due to having rate updated in Purchases Taxes and Charges Template. The Rate should be given as zero !!!
