Administrator can't see production orders or other custom Doctypes

I,m facing a strange problem, Me as an admin (Administrator User) can create production orders, but can’t submit or see those orders after creating. But regular users can see this well or can submit also. I have check all permissions but can’t find the problems. Also as admin I can’t see some custom doctypes or custom doctype entries as well. Can anyone help please ?
