Address issue in lead

Hello All,

  1.  If we open an saved lead who have address_html and save/close the lead .
  2.  And We clink on "+" to create new lead in list view.
  3.  In new lead address_html already filled from cache (of previous opened lead).

This issue I am facing in 3rd version. How to resolve this issue. Please guide me.

where it the problem? is the html field not refreshing or the value is set on "refresh"?
